I am having some serious issues with my tablet and it's been taking my focus away specifically from writing

I wanted to get a few stories done and maybe one released today, but with how things are looking, it just seems really really unlikely i'll have the patience to do something like writing for a while.

As I am leaning this new writing style, I was wondering if anyone can give me tips on how to write 1-10k word stories, as I'm used to writing 500k to 1 million words, and I was hoping for help!
(Also some of my longest stories will be posted soon, one's 6.3 million words!)

So

I write down story ideas, and I either lose interest in the concept after a few days or I think I’m not qualified to write such a story. Also I’ve fallen out of habit of writing at night (which I guess is better for me), so I don’t have the constant writing stimulating me. It doesn’t help that with writing only an outline, I don’t get to stretch my writing skills as much, so I’ve lost my writing knowledge I’ve learned because I don’t used them as much anymore.
